Crime gets worse; Dallas City Council members do nothing.

DPD needs to move from 3,000 to 4,000 police officers ASAP.

Dallas: where criminals thrive and businesses leave.

Dallas Wastes $19M on WNBA While Ignoring Crime

Last week Dallas City Council proved, yet again, its adamancy at
ignoring the cries of its constituents. The Dallas Morning News
published
[link removed]
s-to-move-downtown/ this report detailing how the Council has just
approved $19 million in incentives to move a Women’s National Basketball
League (WNBA) team, the Dallas Wings, to a refurbished stadium in
Dallas. This deal reeks of fiscal irresponsibility and tone-deaf
decision-making.

Dallas City Council members are blatantly ignoring the crime crisis
while making investments that the people of Dallas will never see a
return on.

[link removed] Dallas Police
Department (DPD) is chronically understaffed; a deficit of nearly 1,000
officers has created an environment where criminals thrive. How much
good could this $19 million have done for DPD? This money could have
paid for the starting salary of 250 brand-new recruits!

Leftist priorities have ruined this city; people and businesses are
leaving and NOT coming back. Contact your City Council member today and
implore them to fix their priorities on things that truly matter. Public
Safety is the most essential duty of local government.

CARTEL Members Caught in Dallas Selling Meth

The Border crisis is HERE, and it has brought danger to our doorsteps.
Twelve cartel members have been sentenced to federal prison after being
caught smuggling nearly $10 million worth of meth into our city. We are
calling on city officials to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

Oak Cliff Remains a Warzone, Man Shot at Home

Oak Cliff has recently become a warzone! Why do our leaders cultivate
and enable an environment that creates a "wrong" part of our city to
live?! Living in the "wrong" part of Dallas should not be a death
sentence. Changes must happen NOW!

Homeless Industrial Complex LIES to the Public in New
Homelessness Numbers

The professional grifters from Housing Forward are proud of their skewed
and inaccurate numbers concerning Dallas homelessness. FACT:
Homelessness in Dallas is only getting WORSE. Simply look around. Dallas
City Council MUST end all programs with these corrupt NGOs!

Tracking Illegal Camps:

[link removed] Executive Director Joseph Porter broadcasts
on Facebook Live each week, documenting vagrant camps in the city and
bringing you real-time updates on the state of homelessness and the
apathetic response from Dallas city officials. This week, Joseph went
live outside of City Council and gave major updates concerning recent
actions taken by the Council, he answered audience questions and
implored them to register to speak at City Council meetings.

"Ghetto Camp"

This camp in Jesse Moreno’s District 2 has been dubbed “Ghetto Camp.”
Ghetto Camp is a perfect illustration of the ruin vagrants bring to the
spaces they inhabit. How would you feel if you owned this land? Dallas
City Council refuses to solve this growing crisis; when will our leaders
change their tune?

 District 6 Councilman Omar Narvaez

"Stemmons Scourge Camp"

This camp in Omar Narvaez’s District 6 has earned the title “Stemmons
Scourge Camp.” Vagrants are always here, and the City has taken little
action. The area surrounding this encampment has become incredibly
dangerous. This sort of activity should be unacceptable in a city like
Dallas. Instead, it has become the status quo.

 District 2 Councilman Jesse Moreno

"Crime Corner Camp"

We named this camp in Jesse Moreno’s in District 2, “Crime Corner Camp.”
DPD often patrols this intersection out of necessity created by the
criminal vagrant activities here. With the urban camping ban in place,
we are left to wonder why the City allows this to continue. Contact your
City Council member today and demand that they enforce this ban!

Statement:

Keep Dallas Safe exists to address crime and homelessness in Dallas with
the goal of transforming Dallas into the safest large city in Texas for
residents and businesses. We aim to have a City Council that prioritizes
crime rate which directly determines the quality of life in Dallas. We
do this by fighting against the "defund the police" movement, holding
accountable our city leaders' efforts towards lowering district crime
rates, and highlighting our city's homelessness problems by pushing for
enforcement of the prohibition of urban camping.
