John,

Once again, thanks to your support we met another digital fundraising goal this April!

And with the passing of April showers comes blooming flowers. The same way that our hard work in Sacramento brings hope and effective change to improve the lives of our district and state.

Just this month, my colleagues and I in the Legislative Women’s Caucus Assembly, along with Governor Newsom, introduced a bill to allow Arizona doctors who are no longer allowed to offer reproductive care in Arizona the ability to treat their patients in California. And amid it all, I am continuing to introduce new legislation to protect California’s wetlands, make rooftop solar more affordable, and end the use of harmful chemicals linked to cancer and Parkinson’s disease.

We are closer than ever to electing the first progressive woman to represent CA-30, and people like YOU are making this possible. But you have my guarantee that every day between now and 2025, before we bring this bold agenda to Washington, I will be just as tireless in ensuring the Assembly and our state are in a better position than when I was first elected.

I seriously can’t thank you enough,

Laura
