Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas' reckless open-border policies continue to ravage our country. By refusing to enforce our nation's laws, the Biden administration is risking every community and threatening our national security. As Chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security, I'm asking for your support today to continue fighting to put an end to the Biden-Mayorkas border crisis.

By helping us keep the majority, I will continue leading the fight to restore the rule of law and secure our Southwest border. We're in this fight together, and we're going to win.

SECURE THE BORDER

We passed H.R. 2—the Secure the Border Act—the most conservative border security legislation ever to pass the House of Representatives. This bill will crack down on the flow of fentanyl into the United States, give law enforcement new tools to fight back against the cartels, and address these ever-growing waves of illegal immigration.

In addition, we introduced H.R. 7951—the VALID Act—which would prevent illegal immigrants from traveling by air without proper identification. And we even impeached Secretary Mayorkas in the House. Yet, this administration continues its lawlessness.
