Friend,

Last week, Governor Murphy announced that New Jersey was chosen to receive $156.1 million in funding from the EPA to support the expansion of affordable solar energy in the state.

This investment will allow New Jersey to support solar access for affordable housing developments and low-income households, expand community solar initiatives, support solar energy workforce development, and enable critical grid upgrades to support more solar generation in New Jersey.

This is a big win. New Jersey has an ambitious goal to make the state 100% powered by clean energy by 2035. Big steps forward like this investment in solar energy is how we’re going to get there.

Not only is this great for our environment, it’s great for our economy, too. Solar energy will produce significant cost-savings for hardworking families, and create more clean energy jobs around the state.

Add your name now to celebrate this win for New Jersey show that you’re with us to create a better and greener future for our children and grandchildren. [[link removed]]
