Economic Impact Report: New Americans in Dallas - New research from the American Immigration Council highlights the key role that immigrants are playing in the City of Dallas’ workforce and as taxpayers, consumers, entrepreneurs, international students, and more.  Despite making up 23.2 percent of the city's total population, immigrants represented 28.4 percent of its employed labor force. In that same year, immigrants were 34.5 percent more likely to be of working age than their U.S.-born counterparts, allowing them to actively participate in the labor force and contribute to the economy as taxpayers and consumers.

Cornyn, Tim Scott Bill to Crack Down on Fentanyl Supply Chain Signed into Law - The newly enacted Fentanyl Eradication and Narcotics Deterrence (FEND) Off Fentanyl Act led by U.S. Senator Tim Scott will crack down on the fentanyl supply chain by financially targeting opioid manufacturers and traffickers. Senator John Cornyn discusses the new law, saying “By targeting the financial assets of Chinese precursor manufacturers and Mexican cartels, this law will kneecap the supply chain of this deadly drug and help save American lives."

President Biden's "Climate Emergency" - President Biden is reportedly considering a “national climate emergency” to pander to his radical base of climate activists in an election year. A climate emergency will mean more harmful regulations on energy producers. This would threaten our national security while driving up costs for all Americans.
