- Fully ends catch-and-release by reinstating the Remain in Mexico policy
- Prevents the exploitation of unaccompanied alien children
- Curbs the fraudulent abuse of asylum claims
- Completes the border wall
- Provides more support for Border Patrol agents
- Ends the abuse of parole on a massive scale by returning it to its original, limited purpose
- Eliminates funding for NGOs that transport illegal aliens into the U.S.
- Codifies E-Verify to ensure a legal workforce
