Hey there John, I wanna talk about something more serious for a minute.

Last weekend, I went to Columbia University and met with some of the students protesting the genocide in Gaza. These kids, they're brave as hell.

They're sleeping in encampments, inspiring other university students across the country to protest with them. And what are these 20 year-olds being met with? Police in tactical equipment.

Watching that brutality be forced upon these students crushes me. As an educator, as a father, as a Black man… it hits differently.

We must stand with these brave students who are quite literally putting their lives on the line to fight for an immediate ceasefire.

I'm asking you to chip in to my campaign right now so I can continue to advocate for them and for a ceasefire in Congress. My primary is one of the most competitive in the country and that's because I'm up against an AIPAC-backed "Democrat" who's spending his days rubbing elbows with billionaires.
