18th National Indian Nations Conference Updates
OVC is pleased to announce the following updates for the 18th National Indian Nations Conference, tentatively scheduled for December 10-13, 2024, at the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Reservation in Palm Springs, California. This conference is still pending U.S. Department of Justice approval.
Call For Presentations
OVC is seeking subject matter experts to present at this year?s conference. If you are interested in presenting, review the guidelines and submit your proposal for consideration by July 12, 2024. Selected presenters will be notified in August 2024. The conference is being planned as an in-person event and all presenters must be prepared to attend in-person.
Scholarship Application Period is Open
A limited number of scholarships are available for Tribal representatives, service providers, community partners, and victims of crime who require financial assistance to attend the conference. The scholarship application period is now open and will close on June 14, 2024. Priority consideration will be given to applicants that are not supported by Office for Victims of Crime grant funding and provide direct services to Tribal communities. Scholarship recipients will be notified in July 2024.

OVC is now accepting exhibit booth request forms. Visit the registration site for more information about exbibit booth space for Tribes and corporate exhibits and submit your form by November 1, 2024.
