Dear John,
Today as we gather together for the National Day of Prayer, I have an urgent prayer request for you.
I’m requesting that you not only pray for our nation, but also for this year’s election and the candidates running for office.
I truly believe that the future of our country will be dramatically affected at this year’s ballot box.
But John, that’s not all I’m asking. Now more than ever, we need people of faith to let their FAITH guide their vote.
What I mean is that you and I must prioritize candidates that strongly support religious freedom.
I fully understand that’s not an easy ask. Vetting candidates and navigating the ballot can be quite difficult.
For instance, our future Supreme Court and freedoms are determined by who we choose. It is our privilege and duty, however, to make those choices.
To help with that, I’ve recorded a question-and-answer session with my colleague and good friend Stuart Shepard. Together, we will not only dive into what’s at stake in November, but how you can engage in politics in a fruitful and meaningful way.
Plus, we’ll dive into what churches and pastors can do to advocate for principles and key issues that matter most to them.
Thank you for supporting First Liberty and learning more about how you can engage in the public sphere without compromising your values.
We are committed to helping all people of faith make an impact at the polls with their vote.
That’s why we’ve setup an election resource hub to help churches, pastors and Americans like you better understand your rights and help spread the word about just what’s at stake.
But it will take all of us working together to get the word out.
Will you support First Liberty so we can continue bringing you critical content leading up to this November?
Grateful for you,
Kelly
