*OJJDP-funded Center Aims To Address Racial Inequities in the Juvenile Justice System*

Center for Reducing Racial and Ethnic Disparities in Juvenile Justice

OJJDP is proud to announce the launch of the Center for Reducing Racial and Ethnic Disparities in Juvenile Justice [ [link removed] ]! The Center will provide training, technical assistance, and resources to promote equity and reduce racial and ethnic disparities in youth justice.

The?Center for Juvenile Justice Reform [ [link removed] ]?at?Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy [ [link removed] ], in partnership with the Coalition for Juvenile Justice [ [link removed] ],?and the?Center for Children?s Law and Policy [ [link removed] ] established and will operate the Center.

The Center is now accepting applications for its Youth and Family Expert Advisory Council [ [link removed] ]. The Council will serve as a critical component for all activities conducted by the Center. Up to 15 Council members with diverse experiences in the juvenile justice system will be selected.
