When I was in the Army, one of the most important lessons I learned is that leaders eat last.
But today, more than a few politicians in Congress are skipping the line while families in Georgia’s 3rd District struggle to put food on the table.
To me, this is simple: There is no reason at all why Members of Congress should be allowed to trade individual stocks in office. |
It’s an abuse of access and power. Send me to Congress, and one of my top priorities will be passing an individual stock trading ban. Public service isn’t about getting richer. It’s about delivering results for the people you serve. Let’s go! Mike Dugan |
