Two States Down, 14 Pending in Showdown with WHO and Biden Administration to Stop the Threat to US Sovereignty!
When it comes to defending against threats like the WHO, our grassroots campaigns are making a real impact by invoking both state and federal officials to act.

States serve as our first line of defense against a federal government that may stray from the will of the people. We have the power to compel Congress to act through our state legislatures.
In addition, as we did during the COVID mayhem, we can call for executive action from the governor and call for the attorney general to issue a legal opinion or draft a legal demand letter.

It's time to sound the alarm and shake off the chains of federal overreach! For far too long, the federal government has trampled on the sovereignty of states, leaving citizens feeling powerless and oppressed. But let me remind you: the federal government does not hold absolute authority. The Constitution reigns supreme as the law of the land.
Two States Took the Lead in 2023
On January 31, 2023, Utah passed SB57, known as the "Utah Constitutional Sovereignty Act," into law, prohibiting the enforcement of federal directives within the state if the Legislature determines that such directives violate principles of state sovereignty.
In May 2023, Florida passed SB 252 titled "Protection from Discrimination Based on Health Care Choices," barring businesses and public entities from mandating proof of vaccination or prophylaxis for employment, services, or entry. Amendments are required to address loopholes. Other bills included HB1387, banning gain-of-function research, SB 1580, safeguarding physicians' freedom of speech, and SB 238, preventing discrimination based on medical choices.
Pending Legislation in 14 States in 2024
There is pending model legislation in Louisiana (SB133/HR133), Oklahoma (SB426), and Tennessee (HJRes1359) that passed in one chamber which spells out the World Health Organization, United Nations, and World Economic Forum as having no legal jurisdiction whatsoever over their respective states.
Another exciting piece of Tennessee model legislation was drafted including HB 2795/SB2775 which “establishes processes by which the general assembly [of the state of Tennessee] may nullify an unconstitutional federal statute, regulation, agency order, or executive order” which allows Tennesseans the right to demand the state legislature vote on whether or not to enforce regulations or executive orders that violate citizens’ rights under the federal or state constitutions” and that this bill is tabled for “summer study” in the Senate.
In Maine, Rep. Heidi Sampson attempted SB776 calling for a state constitutional amendment that specifies “Every person has a natural, inherent and inalienable right to bodily autonomy” which failed miserably and should have constituents very worried.
Eleven additional states have pending legislation that declares state sovereignty, the WHO has no jurisdiction in the state and calls for defunding and exiting of the WHO entirely including Alabama HJ Res 113, Georgia [ [link removed] ] SR 634, Idaho [ [link removed] ] SB1287, Iowa [ [link removed] ] HF507, Kentucky [ [link removed] ] HJR 44 , Maine SB 776 (Failed-Reintroduction Needed), Michigan [ [link removed] ] HB 4859, New Hampshire [ [link removed] ] HB1156, New Jersey [ [link removed] ] AR 29, South Carolina [ [link removed] ] S 0868, Tennessee HJ Res 42/SJ Res 1135, and Wyoming [ [link removed] ] HB0091.
