We just filed two cert petitions with SCOTUS, asking them to take Bianchi v. Brown and Harrel v. Raoul.

Bianchi challenges Maryland’s ban on so called “assault rifles” and Harrel challenges the Illinois “assault weapon” and magazine ban.

That means there could potentially be THREE FPC cases in front of SCOTUS if the court takes them.

And that means these three cases could have nationwide implications on the ATF and their tyrannical rulemaking ability (not to mention the “frame or receiver” rule itself) AND “assault weapon” and magazine bans across the country.

To get down to it, IT IS GO TIME.
