May 1, 2024 ? Docket No. 12000-32-CP-24 (Record No. 17519) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of the City of Torrington for authority to set its Power Cost Adjustment (PCA) rate at ($0.000806) per kWh sold and adopt an Avoided Cost rate of $0.046014 per kWh, applicable to customers served outside the city limits. This represents an increase of $0.001512 per kWh from the PCA Rate currently in effect. The Commission?s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.
