Squats ... some people love them, some people hate them...

But no matter how you feel about them, there are a lot of benefits to having squats in your training plan!

It's a compound movement that works your quads, hamstrings, and glutes ... and also gets your back, core, and several other muscles engaged as well.

This makes it a great movement to help you earn the body you want, while building functional strength for day to day life!

However, squats aren’t for everyone. For some people, loading weight on their back may not be the best idea. For others, it might be a current lack of mobility that keeps them from squatting ... or something different entirely.
