In honor of today, we wanted to shout out some wins the labor movement
made this year so far:

* In a recent report from the Pew Research Center, 59% of Americans say
the decline of unions has been bad for working people (and we
certainly don't disagree.)^1

* According to a recent Gallup poll, 60% of Americans say they support
unions — a record high.^2

* A further 59% say they would be supportive of their workplace
unionizing.^3

* Just last week, the Federal Trade Commission banned most noncompete
agreements. The new rule is estimated to generate over 8,500 new
businesses, raise workers’ wages, lower healthcare costs, and drive
innovation.^4

* Unions and union membership is expected to continue to grow this year,
allowing even more workers to reap the benefits of better pay and
working conditions.^5

John, we're only
120 days into 2024 and the movement for workers' rights is stronger than
it's ever been before. On behalf of our team, we stand with workers
anywhere and everywhere fighting for a better workplace.

That's why we're committed to making sure we propel Colin Allred — an
advocate for workers and their rights, to a Senate victory over part-time
senator Ted Cruz. We're lucky to have your support in such a pivotal
