From our friends at Planned Parenthood...
Hi Friend,

In these difficult times, abortion rights are under attack, as well as our
public health overall, by a judiciary packed with narrow-minded, elitist
judges appointed by the current administration. See details below for an
informative webinar hosted by Planned Parenthood Votes Nevada about what's
at stake for abortion this SCOTUS term, as well as COVID-19 resources for
reproductive care, TOMORROW at 1:00PM PST. RSVP below 👇

--------------

Dear Supporter,

As you know, the federal courts are often our last line of defense for our
reproductive rights. But in the past four years, the Trump administration
has appointed over 200 (and counting) federal court judges, many of whom
are unprepared, reactionary ideologues. It even happened in Nevada with
the appointment and confirmation of ultra-conservative former state
solicitor general, Lawrence VanDyke, to the Ninth Circuit -- despite
VanDyke receiving a rare “Not Qualified” rating from the American Bar
Association.

Here’s the thing: many of these newly appointed judges are young,
ideologically extreme, and often very anti-abortion. So where does that
leave the protection of our constitutional right to an abortion? We’re
fighting back, but we need your help.

Join Planned Parenthood Votes Nevada this Wednesday at 1 p.m. for a
webinar that will walk you through the evolution of the federal courts
over the past three years and how we can fight back. RSVP
