May is Foster Care Awareness Month and we're excited to share our 2023 Impact Report which highlights the investment we've made in our First Star Scholars. Through our programs and services, we have helped youth in foster care achieve academic success, gain access to mental health resources, and build meaningful relationships with caring adults.

It is our hope that as you read through this report you’ll get a feel for the profound effect the First Star Family has on the young people we are privileged to serve.  You’ll witness the joy of connection during summer sessions, the pride of accomplishment of each alumni, and the overall incredible power of our work.
