Liberty cow gave birth in a slaughterhouse. At Farm Sanctuary, she and her calf Indigo will always be together, thanks to a change of heart—and kind hearts like yours.
The slaughterhouse owner had a soft spot for mother cows and calves and had surrendered others to LA Animal Save. Thankfully, Liberty and Indigo were freed, too, and we were joined by actor Joaquin Phoenix and filmmaker Shaun Monson, as we brought them to sanctuary.
