✅ AGAINST the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act, which funded Red
Flag confiscation orders and provided ATF funding to deputize local police
officers to enforce federal gun laws
✅ AGAINST universal background checks, creating a 10-day waiting period, and
gun confiscation orders for our Armed Forces
✅ AGAINST funding state-level gun control and a study to inflate “active
shooter” numbers
✅ AGAINST allowing the attorney general to confiscate “unsecured” firearms and
a nationwide “safe storage” requirement
✅ AGAINST a ban on bump stocks, “large-capacity” magazines, “Assault Weapons,”
so-called “straw purchases,” and barring 18 to 20-year-old adults from owning
firearms
✅ AGAINST Red Flag laws (especially those lacking due process)
