Early Voting Has Begun
Early voting is underway until April 30 for the North Texas for the May 4 municipal elections.
The last day to apply for a ballot by mail for the election is April 23. The ballots must be postmarked by 7 p.m. on Election Day, May 4.
Bond propositions for various Dallas-Fort Worth area cities, including ten
propositions for a $1.25 billion bond package that voters in the city of Dallas will consider, bond elections in Lewisville, Rowlett, Farmers Branch, Irving, Melissa, Anna ISD, Farmersville ISD, five propositions for a bond package in McKinney, and more, are on the ballot.

MCBA's Capital Bond Transparency Recommendations
On Friday, March 8, MCBA President and CEO Louis Darrouzet submitted an official letter containing seven recommendations for transparency and expenditure as a response to the city's proposed $1.25 billion Capital Bond. The city council's proposal should deeply concern the business community and all Dallas taxpayers, as it will place the city in an unsustainable financial position for years to come.
