Every two years, the Arkansas Baptist State Convention teams up with GuideStone, Lifeway, and the other state conventions to bring you the SBC Church Compensation Survey. The results of this survey help many ABSC churches each year as they determine appropriate compensation for both new and current staff members. The survey is for all
ministers and church employees (pastoral and ministry staff, office and secretarial staff, custodial staff). Deadline for participation is June 30.
