As our virtual panel discussions continue,
we'll be gathering with the authors and respondents to explore the Affirmed + Celebrated paper more deeply.
Written by an ad hoc theology committee of the New Brunswick Classis, A+ C serves as a comprehensive and rigorous academic report supporting LGBTQIA+ affirmation from a Reformed theological perspective.
Registration is required to attend these discussions live: follow the links below, and be sure to register for both dates!

On May 8th, we'll discuss Sections 5 + 7 with Rev. Dr. Mashona Walston, Rev. David Groeneveld, and Rev. Dr. Mara Norden as our panelists.
These sections are entitled “Scripture as a Whole Supports Our Classical Position” and “Texts Traditionally Used to Condemn Homosexuality". This is a great opportunity to dissect the “Clobber Passages” within a Reformed theological context.

On May 29th, we'll dive into Sections 4 + 6 with Rev. Dr. Micah McCreary, Rev. Liz Estes, and Rev. Brenna Rubio.
These sections cover the Theological Account of New Brunswick's Classical Position, as well as the Ethical Critique of the Reformed Church in America's Position.
