First , here’s the bad news: the MAGA-controlled Florida Supreme Court upheld a cruel and extreme 6-week abortion ban, and it goes into effect tonight at midnight.
However , the Court also allowed expanding abortion rights to go on the Florida ballot in November (along with a marijuana initiative).
