The Office of State Lands and Investments is requesting project status updates from all entities that received American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding through one of the three programs appropriated to the State Loan and Investment Board (SLIB).
* Health and Human Services (HHS)
* Water and Sewer Projects (WS)
* Local Government (LC)
Using this link, ARPA Survey [ [link removed] ], complete and submit a survey for each project funded through one (1) of the three (3) above identified ARPA programs. Be sure to submit surveys individually for each project. ***Please have surveys submitted no later than June 1st.*** If you have executed contracts, engineering/design and/or construction, please submit those to the following email address using the grant number as the subject title,  [email protected].
