Today is a critical day in our movement for Supreme Court reform

John, it's Congressman Hank Johnson, and I just cannot believe my ears at the sound of some of these Supreme Court arguments for cases that will be decided this summer.

One of the most egregious claims is that a President, with a suspected (not proven, only alleged) corrupt rival would be immune from punishment if they were to kill them – and that's not the only backwards thinking that's been presented to our nation's highest court.

And with only 3 common-sense justices, our democracy hinges on the decisions of MAGA justices, MAGA defendants, and MAGA attorneys.
The example above is just a peek at the kind of arguments the Supreme Court is hearing and deciding on this year. I've got information on the rest of the issues below, but before that, I have a favor to ask. My End of Month Fundraising Deadline is today, and we're still short $6,674 of my goal. Anti-reform conservatives and their deep-pocketed donors are trying to push me out of Congress, but I'm using grassroots strength to help defend my seat. John, can you pitch in to help me reach my goal? ([link removed])

Among questions of political assassination, MAGA Supreme Court justices are going to be deciding cases this year with major implications on the future of our country, like:

🔲 Access to birth control
🔲 Presidential immunity for crimes committed in office
🔲 Guns for domestic abusers
🔲 Life-saving abortion care
🔲 Social media freedom of speech
🔲 Racial gerrymandering

John, the stakes of these decisions are so high, yet Americans like you and me get so little say – that's why Sen. Whitehouse and I re-introduced the Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal, & Transparency (SCERT) Act, to combat corporate right-wing bias in our courts.

We can't afford to wait any longer for court reform, and I need your help guiding it through Congress until it passes. That's why I'm fundraising to outcompete my anti-reform opponents. John, can you donate today to help me raise the $6,674 I need to reach my End of Month Fundraising Goal and continue working to keep our courts in check? ([link removed])
REFORM OUR COURTS ([link removed])
In solidarity,
Hank Johnson
