IMPORTANT UPDATE AND RESOURCES ON AFFORDABLE CONNECTIVITY PROGRAM 

I am reaching out to you with an important update regarding the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). Unless Republicans come to the table and support additional funding for the ACP, current enrollees in the program will lose this benefit in the next few weeks. 

April 2024 is scheduled to be the last month that currently enrolled ACP households will receive their full ACP discount – as they have received in prior months. However, some ACP households may receive a partial or full discount in the foreseeable future, depending on the provider. Please reach out to your individual provider for more information. 

As you may know, the Affordable Connectivity Program is a federal benefit program administered by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that helps eligible households afford the wifi they need for work, school, healthcare, and more. As the member who spearheaded this program, I am fighting every day to not only secure additional funding for the Affordable Connectivity Program, but also to forge a path forward for sustainable solutions aimed to bridge the digital divide.
