Issue Number: N-2024-37Inside This IssueNotice 2024-37 provides safe harbors for the new 40BSAF-GREET 2024 model as a qualifying method to qualify for and calculate the sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) credit. This notice also provides a safe harbor for the use of the United States Department of Agriculture Climate Smart Agriculture Pilot Program to further reduce the lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions reduction percentage calculated using 40BSAF-GREET 2024 for domestic soybean and domestic corn feedstocks. Notice 2024-37 will be in IRB: 2024-21, dated May 20, 2024.
