I have major breaking news to share with you… 

The Biden Administration released radical new Title XI rules to destroy private spaces for girls and women in schools across the United States.

My team immediately took action and joined with the courageous Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton, to file a major lawsuit against President Biden’s Secretary of Education and others to stop the Biden Administration’s twisted, radical Title IX rules from destroying private spaces for women and girls in schools across the United States. 

What would these truly heinous rules do? Most shockingly, Biden’s new Title IX regulations force women and girls to share locker rooms and restrooms with men. This is a vile obscenity. 

Again, the Biden Administration will force schools to permit biological males to use female restrooms and lockers. If schools refuse, federal funding will be withheld–a devastating blow to most schools and universities. 

This is an abomination, and as outside counsel for Texas, we will battle this regulation in court with all the legal fights we can bring. It must be defeated for the sake of American women and for the sake of our daughters. And even more so, to protect our entire society from the twisted transgender ideology designed to rip apart the very fabric of Western society. 

We won’t rest until these abhorrent rules are terminated.
