Hi John,

We helped end Newsom's presidential delusions. Now, he's out for revenge. His staffer Jessica Morse, who is running against us, just inexplicably received a huge sum of money.

That makes today's end-of-month deadline truly critical. I want to give you the full story on what is going on, but here's the short version. We must close this month strong - we must make this our strongest month yet -?? or we are going to fall into a hole that it will be very hard to get out of.

To see that something fishy is going on, just look at the numbers. Morse netted

**11 times**more money in the second half of Q1 than the first half.

What accounts for the change? Did Morse suddenly start winning over hearts and minds? Unlikely. This is the same person who said people who opposed COVID mask and vaccine mandates are domestic extremists and insurgents.

What actually happened is clear: Newsom, in tandem with the national Democrats, have turned on a spigot that they are prepared to keep on through Election Day. The only way to turn off the spigot is to show we can match them, dollar for dollar.

With the sudden windfall she was gifted, Morse took to social media in triumph:

"

**Huge news! We out-raised Kevin Kiley in the first quarter of this year. Our momentum is strong...I am running in California's closest swing district. The House majority runs through California's 3rd Congressional District, and this is the year we are going to flip this seat from red to blue."**

Since we won the seat that ended Nancy Pelosi's Speakership, Morse is campaigning on restoring Pelosi (or her chosen heir) to power. In response to that talking point, funding from the far-left "Act Blue" is pouring in from all over the country.

That's why it's so important that we have a strong showing today. We need to show we can fight back against what we know will be a smear campaign for the history books.

It should also be noted that Morse is a full-time candidate. Last year she resigned from Newsom's staff after spending five years helping him ruin our state. Her full-time job is to campaign against us.

That puts us at a double disadvantage: Morse can campaign full-time while I have a job and fly back and forth across the country; and while her money comes from Newsom or Pelosi flipping a switch, our campaign overwhelmingly receives its support from patriotic California citizens.
