We’ll just come out and say it. It’s absurd that the Supreme Court is even hearing Trump’s “immunity” case.

Absurd, but very deliberate.

During his presidency, Trump packed the Court by adding three extremist MAGA justices to the bench alongside the already right-leaning veterans like Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.

Now, this right-wing majority is delaying Trump’s January 6th criminal trial, so that the verdict will likely be delayed until after the 2024 presidential election.

This is just another example in an incredibly long list of why we need Supreme Court reform. Send an email to your legislators and urge them to rein in this out of control Court.

Whether Trump wins or loses his immunity appeal isn’t the only thing that matters here.

The Supreme Court is helping a former president delay a trial for undermining our democracy right before a presidential election.

The MAGA justices know how to act quickly when they want to. But of course, this Court doesn’t want to. Impartiality doesn’t exist for the handpicked crew of Trump lackeys. They’re giving him the gift of time rather than protecting our democracy.

We needed Supreme Court reform yesterday. In two clicks, tell your legislators to rein in this out of control Court.
