Thank you for reading this month's newsletter. It has been another busy period where we've held the SNP to account and pushed for local action on key issues.
The Scottish Conservatives forced Humza Yousaf out of office.
Our Vote of No Confidence pressured Humza Yousaf to resign in disgrace.
Now that we have forced Humza Yousaf out, we are asking voters to help us beat the SNP at the upcoming General Election.
If we keep the SNP out here in the Borders, we can finally put an end to years of nationalist division and wasted opportunity.
Let's vote together to beat the SNP and finally get the local action the Borders needs.
The potential closure of community hospitals in the Borders shows exactly why Humza Yousaf needed to go.
The SNP are standing by while all 92 local community hospital beds are at risk.
NHS Borders say they may soon suggest closing the 92 community hospital beds in Kelso, Duns, Hawick and Peebles.
Closing essential facilities across the Borders would be disgraceful. This unacceptable proposal must be ruled out.
I have started a campaign to oppose the removal of these beds and I will fight hard to ensure they remain in place.
Here is yet another example of the SNP ignoring and overlooking the Borders.
SNP agency Visit Scotland announced recently that they would close all 25 visitor information centres across Scotland, including the Jedburgh location.
This is bad news for Jedburgh and deeply unhelpful to efforts to increase tourism, especially repeat visitors, to the Borders.
The SNP must step in to prevent this closure going ahead.
