I) Common Cause Leftist Group Trying to Invade your BOE. Time for a Public Records Request - again. You have probably submitted a FOIA for Common Cause infiltrating your BOE, but we need to do it again. Buncombe County is the latest. Today, at the Tuesday, 3/30/24 the Buncombe County BOE meeting, Common Cause will try to solicitthe BOE Director and the members to partner with this leftist organization for training and propaganda and/or to use BOE facilities for their leftist training. There has been a steady increase of Ovserseas Civilians voting - doubled and tripled in the past election. Many of these people don't live here and never have. If you have attended your county canvas after the election, you too have seen the alarming trend. Also, military personnell voting is abysmal. 3) POLL OBSERVERS AND CURBSIDE VOTING ISSUE: It seems that in some counties, curbside poll workers are not taking driver's licences into the polling location for verification, but instead taking notes. This is unacceptable. You need to once again bring this to the attention of the Site Supervisor/Judge/BOE Director. Voters need to be treated equally. (In Henderson, our poll workers inside scan the driver's license info. Why is this not being done across the state?) Regardless of the outcome at the polling site, you need to write it up in SEIRS, PLEASE. We need this for proof that curbside voters are not treated the same as others. This is the proof we need to bring to the general assembly that laws need to be changed and admin code needs to align with the statutes.. |
