Hey y’all,

It’s World Health Day -- and I keep thinking about how thankful I am for all the Texas doctors, nurses, and other health care workers who are on the frontlines of the COVID-19 crisis.

They’re part of an incredible medical community who protect our lives every day. In the midst of a pandemic, amazing medical professionals in our communities are providing vital care for COVID-19 patients, as well as the many other folks who rely on them.

Will you take a moment to sign my card thanking our frontline health care heroes for their hard work?

I survived gunfire during my time in the military and went on to have two complicated and life-threatening pregnancies. I know exactly how important quality, affordable health care is to American families. I’m running for office to make sure our health care providers and all Americans have a health care system that WORKS.

Sign my card thanking all of our health care providers who are fighting to provide critical healthcare every day in the face of enormous sacrifice.

We’ve all been seeing how important our health care workers are -- let’s give them some more love today for what they do every day for us.
