I am reaching out to humbly ask you to make a contribution to The Long Run before our April end-of-month deadline comes to a close at midnight today.

Honestly speaking, April has been a tough month for fundraising, Yelena. We leaned on this team and pushed as hard as possible to support candidates in Primary elections the past few months — But since then, our movement has been losing the steady support it needs.

This movement has proven time and time again that it can be consequential in key races, so we cannot afford to slow down.

So please. If you can afford it, please make a contribution to The Long Run today. Every dollar will help us make a greater impact around the country.

Our movement is proudly funded by grassroots donors like yourself, who chip in what they can when they can. So with so much on the line this November — from the presidency to Congress to local races — campaigns are counting on our movement to garner the support and resources they need to support their organizing programs and get out the vote.

But without this grassroots team, our movement cannot continue to sustain itself and we will not be able to give those campaigns the crucial support that they need.

There is still a lot more work left to be done and I know that we can continue to make a difference as long as I have you by my side.
