John: President Biden and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit took two HUGE steps to protect trans rights. The Court ruled that states can't exclude gender-affirming healthcare services, calling the bills “obviously discriminatory”. THEN, President Biden expanded Title IX and reversed the Trump Administration's rulings that targeted trans people and pregnant people.

These decisions mean we are one step closer to ensuring trans people can receive the healthcare they need, and that LGBTQ+ people don't suffer under bigoted legislation. But as exciting as these rulings are, they can be undone. We have to keep pushing to elect LGBTQ+ people who can reverse these horrific bills - pitch in today to keep the momentum going!

Anti-LGBTQ leaders in Louisiana, Idaho, Mississippi, Montana and Texas - states that have passed some of the worst anti-LGBTQ bills - are already suing the Biden-Harris Administration to reverse the ruling.
