* *Audience:* Lead agency and provider staff who enter data in the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) for home care, Alternative Care, Essential Community Supports or waiver service agreements/screening documents
* *Effective date:* May 1, 2024
* *Summary:* The DHS SASD Support Team will no longer have an active fax number. DHS will not receive forms sent to the discontinued SASD fax number.

Focus groups and survey about community experiences with EIDBI [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* Families and caregivers of children with autism and related conditions and self-advocates with autism and related conditions
* *Focus group dates:* Various
* *Survey deadline:* May 31, 2024
* *Summary:* DHS is working with the Courageous Change Collective to gather feedback from community members about EIDBI service quality, experiences with coordinating care, health and safety and rights of people who receive services. DHS will use the feedback to determine possible changes to the EIDBI benefit.

Disability waiver case manager employment training update [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* Disability waiver case managers
* *Summary:* DHS is monitoring total statewide enrollment and completion progress for the new disability waiver case manager employment training, Getting to Work: A Case Manager?s Guide to Supporting Employment. All disability waiver case managers must complete the training by Aug. 1, 2024.
