Friends:
I am running for the U.S. Senate to bring people together and make sure Virginia is the best place to live, work, and raise a family.
It’s that simple.
I’m guided by the values and faith instilled in me by my parents, teachers, friends, and community.
I grew up working in my dad’s ironworking shop in Kansas City and spent the beginning of my career as a civil rights lawyer. Through it all, I learned to prioritize hard work, kindness, justice, and public service.
But the problem is that every day, I see Virginians with those same values — people who prioritize hard work, kindness, justice, and service — but many still can’t catch a break.
I am in this race to continue standing up for Virginia and ensure everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Listen, I have a really important fundraising deadline today, and I’m about $80,000 shy of my goal. So if you share my vision of a Virginia and a U.S. Senate that works for everyone, please donate whatever you can to my campaign right now.
