WILL WINS Big In Court!

Biden Admin Ordered To Cover WILL's Legal Fees!

WILL was awarded over $350,000 by a federal court after it successfully sued the Biden Administration for race discrimination.

The order comes on the heels of the court’s decision last month, which held that the federally run Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) unconstitutionally discriminated against small business owners based on race

WILL Deputy Counsel, Dan Lennington, stated, “Winning these legal fees will help us do even more work to uphold the Constitution and upend racist DEI programs across the country. While we hope that this judgment serves as a deterrent against unconstitutional race discrimination, we are not taking our foot off the gas. In fact, we are just getting started.”

WILL Protecting the Wisconsin Constitution!

WILL has filed a response to a case brought by Planned Parenthood seeking an original action ruling from the Supreme Court of Wisconsin (SCoW) that would create a constitutional right to an abortion in Wisconsin.

Roe v. Wade politicized the United States Supreme Court more than any other decision of that Court, and it generated an intense backlash that lasted for decades. This has been documented by numerous writers and Court-observers on both sides of the political aisle. WILL believes that Wisconsin’s Supreme Court should not replicate that sequence of events.

American Bar Association Caught Discriminating Against Americans

WILL told the ABA in a letter that these programs violate multiple federal, state, and local civil rights laws, and harm innumerable students around the country. Unless the ABA opens their programs to all races and stops using race as a factor, WILL is planning appropriate legal action. Stay tuned!
