Dear Friend,
Mark your calendar for May 6th.
That’s the deadline we’ve given the YMCA and City of Port Townsend to lift the outrageous lifetime ban on our client, Julie Jaman.
And every day that passes with no response, our attorneys move one step closer to filing a massive lawsuit on Julie’s behalf.
That’s why I’m asking you to make an urgent tax-deductible donation of $35 or more today.
As you’ll recall, 82-year-old Julie Jaman was showering in the YMCA women’s locker room after her morning swim when she heard a male voice.
Julie pulled back the shower curtain to see what was going on and found a fully-grown man – wearing a women’s bathing suit – watching two little girls as they undressed.
The children appeared to be around four and six years old, and Julie believed she may be witnessing a predator in action.
So she did what any reasonable grandmother would do. She confronted the man and asked him to leave.
But instead of putting Julie’s concerns to rest, YMCA staff rushed in and berated Julie for her “discriminatory” response to a man (who identifies as a woman) helping little girls undress.
On the spot, the YMCA banned Julie from that YMCA for life, called the police to kick her out of the building, and THEN launched a sophisticated smear campaign to paint Julie as a bigot and transphobe in her community.
With the May 6th deadline looming to lift Julie’s ban, our attorneys are preparing a massive lawsuit.
You can also help us prepare by making a tax-deductible donation of $35 or more today.
Friend, the YMCA was founded to put Christian values into practice by developing a healthy body, mind, and spirit. But the “woke” culture has infected even trusted ministries like this one!
And now, in our upside-down world, grandmothers are the enemy – and men with cross-dressing fetishes are protected.
It’s time to call this what it is: evil.
Friend, will you follow this link right now to donate $35 or more to stop this evil?
With your help, the Center for American Liberty is leading the charge against the woke transgender lobby in America.
In fact, we just scored an important procedural victory in Chloe Cole’s case. The district court judge ruled against Kaiser Permanente’s motion to move this case to arbitration – giving the greenlight for this case to now move forward with discovery.
And on May 9th, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals will hear our groundbreaking parental rights case on behalf of Aurora Regino.
Friend, I’m counting on your help to bring sanity back to America.
Thank you for your continued support and friendship.
