We're out of time.

And I'm not just talking about the district. Or New York. As a country, we are out of time.

Our healthcare system is completely broken. COVID-19 proves that. It’s time to cut out the middleman, insurance companies, and provide free healthcare to all. ([link removed])

Climate change is still an impending threat. The sea levels are still rising. We have less than 10 years to meaningfully prevent catastrophic temperature increases. And yet, the Green New Deal is nowhere to be found in the halls of Congress. ([link removed])

With a crushing $1.56 TRILLION in debt for American students, the average graduate is holding $32.7k in debt—with or without graduating. What happens when we keep sending out young adults to take on the world saddled with mountains of debt? ([link removed])

We can't let this go on. It's time for a change.

We've been trying it one way for twenty-six years. I think it's time we tried something new.
