Dear John,

Inflation is skyrocketing, college campuses are becoming hotbeds of hate, our borders remain insecure, homelessness is out of control, and crime rates continue to trouble our communities. The real question is, who has the answers?

According to a recent CNN poll, Americans believe that Republicans have the answer. Our track record of championing free markets, fiscal responsibility, strong national defense, tough-on-crime policies, and secure borders speaks volumes about our commitment to real solutions.

As you know, I'm Michael Maher, and I'm running for U.S. Congress in California's 21st district to bring new opportunities, resources, and change through conservative values. I'm a local business owner, educated here in the Valley and abroad. I'm a veteran of the U.S. Navy and former FBI Special Agent who not only understands the troubles we are facing but has the passion and real world experience to lead our community to a better tomorrow.

But I can't do it alone. I need your endorsement and contribution to secure victory in November.

I am proud to have the support of influential leaders like former National Security Adviser Robert O’Brien, Congressman John Duarte, Congressman Tom McClintock, former California Secretary of State Bill Jones, and many others. The momentum is on our side, and our district is ready for a shift towards conservative principles.

About: Michael Maher was raised in Tulare County where his parents still live and his father, who had been a pastor for over 30 years, continues to shepherd his church congregation in community. Michael and his wife Anne, who comes from a local multigenerational valley farming family, live in Fresno County where their two children attend local public school and where Michael owns and operates his aviation business.

Maher is a United States Navy veteran, and served abroad the USS Salt Lake City, a Los Angeles Class Fast Attack Submarine. Following the Navy, Michael graduated from Fresno Pacific University and then was accepted and graduated from FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Michael served as a Special Agent for the Bureau working in the National Security Division. Additionally with the FBI, Maher was the Counterproliferation Coordinator for the Los Angeles Field Office which included responsibility in supervision of Chemical Weapons Inspections.
