The right wing has been fixated on ripping away reproductive freedoms from women across the country. But Governor Hochul is fighting back.

FIRST, when the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, Gov. Hochul signed a nation-leading package of legislation to protect abortion access in New York.

THEN, when judges in Texas and GOP legislators came after medication abortion, she took action. New York now has stockpiles of mifepristone, an FDA-approved, commonly used method of providing abortions.

NOW, as Donald Trump pledges to further restrict abortion access if he makes it back to the White House, and the Supreme Court takes on another case about abortion access, Governor Hochul is continuing to lead the nation in safeguarding abortion access.

Her latest budget proposal included a Reproductive Freedom and Equity Program, protecting abortion access. She’s also campaigning for pro-choice candidates across New York — because choice is on the ballot.
