John, as you may know, I was NASA Chief of Staff under President Obama.
At NASA, it was never about self-interest and party politics. Did we have our differences? Sure. But we worked together to solve problems and move the country forward.
That’s what we’re missing in Congress today, and there’s no bigger offender than my opponent Mike Garcia. His actions have shown he’s loyal to the Republican Party above all else – including the needs of our community:
- He’s voted for a national abortion ban, despite the vast majority of our community opposing it.
- He’s voted to give himself a pay raise, despite many in our district struggling to make ends meet.
- He’s voted in lock-step with the GOP, even when it’s against our community’s best interests.
That’s why it’s so important that we unseat Mike Garcia and take back the House majority.
