News, commentary, and dispatches on the fight for freedom across America

Hello John,

At the heart of our mission is a dedication to government restraint and the
empowerment of every American to reach their full potential.

From our beginnings in 2004 to today, we believe in the inherent dignity of

informed decisions about their resources, time, and American Dreams.

Together, let's fight for a future where every person is treated with dignity,
respected equally by the law, and empowered with freedom and opportunity.

This is the Torchlight … our weekly newsletter keeping you up-to-date with how
we reignite the American Dream together.

AFP’s Akash Chougule Talks Trade and True Conservatism with Erick Erickson

Erickson highlights how government intervention has been detrimental, such as
the Biden administration's mandates in the microchip sector. Government control
of industries leads to inefficiencies and is ultimately less effective than
allowing businesses to make their own decisions based on market forces.
Erickson is also concerned about so-called “conservative” industrial policy,
which will lead to similar problems as government intervention on the left.
Instead, Erickson advocated for a return to traditional conservative principles
of deregulation and limited government as the best way to promote economic
growth and individual freedom.

Take Action

Say NO to Gas Powered Car Bans

It’s time to put an end to Biden’s ban on gas powered cars!

Biden has brought government overreach to a new level.

We must put an end to EPAs extreme regulatory overreach that forces Americans
to buy electric cars by effectively making gas-powered alternatives off-limits.
