FAA Reinstatement and Real ID Compliance Concerns
In this video, James Massa, CEO of NumbersUSA, discussed the upcoming reuthorization of the FAA which is due by May 10th. This could include immigration-related provisions. He highlighted the implementation of the Real ID Act, requiring Real ID-compliant driver's licenses for boarding federally regulated flights, and raised concerns about undocumented immigrants being granted parole and paper documentation of their identify for which their word is the only source of their identity. This bypasses the REAL ID safety requirements.
James also mentioned potential challenges to vacate Speaker Johnson's seat due to his broken promise on not linking border security to Ukraine funding.
