The numbers are staggering, John: The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals had more than 20,000 filings in their April 2022-March 2023 calendar year. The federal district courts had tens of thousands more that never went to appeal.

The Supreme Court? They rule on less than 100 cases a year.

We all know the SCOTUS cases. We all know how the GOP rolled over so Trump could pack the court with archconservatives. But what has gone basically unnoticed by the American people is how many of the appeals and districts courts are packed with Trump-appointed and McConnell-confirmed justices.

And those radically conservative judges always deliver the GOP the decision they want. MAGA Republicans are using our courts to reshape our country and define the law for future generations, totally out of sight of most Americans.
