It’s Raja Krishnamoorthi – Congressman for Illinois’ 8th District. I’ve had the honor of representing this district since being elected on November 8th, 2016.
This was also the day that our democracy and the face of politics changed forever – it was the day Donald Trump was elected as President.
Over my past four terms in Congress, I have seen firsthand the destruction that Donald Trump, his rhetoric and his extremist MAGA-agenda have caused — and the further destruction that his loyal supporters have caused on his behalf.
The only way we can combat the Trump sycophants at the federal level is to ensure that we have strong Democrats fighting for our values at the state, local, and county level. That’s where IDCCA comes in.
