Elections are the core of our democracy.
And in this time of crisis and pandemic, it's more critical than ever that the voice of the people is heard.
And yet, in Wisconsin today, they're moving forward with an in-person primary election after the Wisconsin Supreme Court overruled the Governor's executive order delaying the election. No doubt, thousands of voters will stay home (as directed by public health authorities) rather than risk their lives by voting. Which, of course, is exactly what Republicans want. They see free and fair elections where everyone votes as a threat.
This cannot happen in November. The American people must be fully heard in the election for the presidency, the Senate, and the House of Representatives.
We must move forward with national vote-by-mail to protect our democracy.
Sign the petition: urge Congress to pass national vote-by-mail.

As we've seen across America, states are struggling with keeping election schedules and managing risk during this pandemic.
Americans shouldn't have to choose between exercising our constitutional right to vote and putting our health at risk.
Seniors, people with compromised immune systems, people without health care all deserve a voice and a vote, no matter what. No one--including our health care workers and first responders--should have to stand in long lines, risking their safety, in order to vote.
It's proven. It's safe. It's time. Tell Congress to urgently support national vote-by-mail.
