2024 Promoting Independence Plan Stakeholder Summit
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Office of Disability Services Coordination (ODSC) is leading the development of the 2024 Revised Texas Promoting Independence Plan, as required by Senate Bill 367, 77th Legislature, Regular Session, 2011, and Executive Order RP-13. The vision is to develop a two-year strategic plan that capitalizes on the momentum from previous plans and focuses on a path that supports successful community living for people with disabilities through targeted goals and prioritized strategies. The Stakeholder Summit is an opportunity for a cross-disability group to provide input on what targeted goals and prioritized strategies are important for HHSC to consider for inclusion in the 2024 Texas Promoting Independence Plan.?
